The president and the cashier of the Lemnos Animal Welfare Society visited the Special School in the region in Kallithea, following an invitation by the headmaster Mrs. Gesthimani Mania Katevanidou. Venetia and Kai from the municipal sanctuary were with them.

Children had the great chance to learn how we approach an animal, what we should avoid, and also what an animal need in order to live a life of happiness. Venetia and Kai drank fresh water, went out for a walk, and had some crunches. Teachers stressed out that children get the most benefit out of having an interactive relationship with animals
